Kim Pastor
Practice Manager
Kim Pastor has been a dedicated Animal Clinic of Muskegon team member since December 1998. She graduated from Muskegon Community College and has built a career centered around educating clients on proper pet healthcare. Kim is passionate about ensuring pet owners feel informed and comfortable when making medical decisions for their beloved pets.
Outside her professional role, Kim enjoys quality time with her family and pets, watching sporting events, and engaging in outdoor activities. Her commitment to both her work and personal life reflects her deep love for animals and the community she serves.
Matisen Gaunt
CSR/Receptionist
Since joining the Animal Clinic of Muskegon in September 2023, Matisen Gaunt has ensured every pet receives exceptional care. A graduate of Orchard View High School and Community College, Madison takes pride in making both pets, and their owners feel comfortable and valued during their visits. Outside work, she enjoys exploring new trails and fishing with her dogs, Bruno and Archer.
Latoria Orr
CSR
Latoria Orr joined the Animal Clinic of Muskegon as a Client Service Representative in July 2024. She is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for all clients. Outside of work, Latoria enjoys spending time outdoors in her yard and cherishing moments with her family.
April Cosier
Receptionist
April Cosier has been with the Animal Clinic of Muskegon since May 2023, bringing a compassionate and attentive approach to every client and patient interaction. A graduate of Holton High School, April is currently furthering her education at Baker College of Muskegon. She prides herself on listening carefully to client’s concerns about their pets and ensuring that the veterinarians’ direction addresses their questions.
When she’s not at work, April enjoys camping and spending quality time with her family, including her two children, husband, and two beloved dogs, Daisy, a Border Collie, and Pretzel, a Border Collie-Miniature Poodle mix.
Grace Mayeaux
CSR/ Veterinary Assistant
Grace Maycaux is a dedicated CSR/Veterinary Assistant at the Animal Clinic of Muskegon. Since beginning her practice in May 2020, Grace has focused on ensuring that pets leave with the essential flea, tick, and heartworm prevention they need to stay healthy. A graduate of Ravenna High School, Grace brings a passion for preventative care to the clinic. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their four beloved pets. You’ll also find her on the field or cheering from the stands as she indulges in her love of slow-pitch softball.
Karah Houghtaling
Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist
Karah Houghtaling has been a dedicated veterinary assistant/receptionist at the animal clinic in Muskegon since March 2019. She graduated from St. Johns High School and Ross Medical Education Center. Karah is committed to treating each pet as if it were her own, and she places great importance on educating pet owners about preventative care. Karah enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, hiking, and making the most of beach days when she’s not caring for animals. She’s also an avid basketball player and loves playing fetch with her dogs.
Chelsey Allen
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Chelsey Allen has been a dedicated Licensed Veterinary Technician at the Animal Clinic of Muskegon since May 2019. A proud graduate of Baker College of Muskegon, Chelsey is passionate about advancing her skills to provide the highest level of care to her patients. She focuses on learning new techniques, including fear-free practices and understanding individual pet behavior, to reduce stress and ensure a positive experience for animals in the clinic.
Chelsey enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, paddle boarding, and fishing when she’s not caring for patients. She also finds relaxation in reading, making the most of her free time.
Dr. Mark Lelli
Veterinarian
Dr. Mark Lelli has been a dedicated veterinarian at the Animal Clinic of Muskegon since 1980. A graduate of Michigan State University, Dr. Lelli takes pride in offering compassionate healthcare for companion animals and providing thorough client education to help pet owners make informed decisions. Outside the clinic, he enjoys farming, livestock husbandry, and camping outdoors. His passion for animals extends beyond his profession, influencing every aspect of his life.
Dr. Lisa Steffes
Veterinarian
Dr. Lisa Steffes has been a dedicated veterinarian at the Animal Clinic of Muskegon since her graduation from Michigan State University in 1999. Having grown up in West Michigan, Dr. Steffes found Muskegon to be the perfect place to begin her veterinary career. With over two decades of experience, she takes pride in offering compassionate care to every patient she encounters. Outside of work, Dr. Steffes enjoys traveling, reading, sewing, crocheting, and spending quality time with her two Standard Poodles and two Cornish Rex cats.
